Compatible netbackup version for HPUX10.20

Experts,

please let me know the Compatible netbackup version for HPUX10.20. we have one server on which netbackup3.4 version is installed but its not working. we tried to install 6.5 (latest) but its not compatible for 10.20.

I found this document. If you look on page 13 you will find that compatibility for Netbackup ver 6.x begins with HPUX ver 11.0

Considering end-of-life, have you given any consideration to at least upgrading to 11v1 or 11iv2?

You could upgrade straight from 10.2 to ver 11v1 and bypass 11.0 completely.

3.4 is the lastest version of NetBackup supported on 10.2. What versions of NetBackup is running on you master server and media server? The are inherit issue with running the 3.4 client with say NBU 6.5 master servers, since the catalog has changed significantly between 3.4 and 6.5. Symantec engineer has work arounds, however, I am sure it will cost you $$.
