Re: complier
is PC your personal computer or HP/SUN server?
For HP you can download gcc compiler (with installation instruction) from:
http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Gnu/gcc-4.1.2/
For SUN you can download gcc compiler (with installation instruction) from:
http://www.sunfreeware.com/
For Windows: sorry I don't know.
Sorry I don't know if gcc solved the problem for EDA Software.

Re: complier
You can install or compile gcc on your HP server.
I use gcc to compile perl and other application.

Re: complier
(It is bad form to call your HP-UX box a PC.)
>Unfortuntely i dont have the service contract. Is there any solution for this?
Other than purchasing one or the latest aC++ compiler, no.
(How much did your EDA software cost, compared to how much a support contract costs?)
g++ is NOT binary compatible with aC++, so if your EDS Software mentioned aC++, you are out of luck.
Did they say why A.03.30 won't work? Have you tried it anyway?
I assume your EDA software comes in a binary form? Why do you need a compiler? Is this needed for a plugin or customization?

Re: complier
Are you even sure your software is supported for 11.00?

Re: complier
This patch requires the base release A.03.55 or A.03.60.
>PHSS_32509, PHSS_32004
These are C.
>So, what should i do i have to purchase the compiler again?
11.00 is out of support. It is not likely you could even purchase that old compiler.
If you had a support contract for aC++ on any other computer, the Response Center may be willing to get you that old version.
As I asked before, why do you need that particular version of aC++? What are you actually compiling?

Re: complier
This version of the compiler was never on 11.00. Have you tried the compiler you have?

Re: complier
I assume this means you can't just ignore this like you can do with Oracle's checks?
Sorry, I can't do anything unless you go through official channels, the Response Center.
Long term, you'll need to go to a supported OS version, at least 11.11.

Re: complier
And PHSS_32508 & PHSS_32004 are already fixed in A.03.70.
