Concurrent IO Mount Option In Veritas File System 5.0 Question

Hello - can you help us to share or review about the concurrent IO option in the Veritas File System 5.0 on HP-UX 11 v2 or 11.23 IA server ? My questions are below:
- Are they stable? Require fsck or maintenance?
- Do you use it on your production environment?
- Good performance ?
- How is the upgrade from version to 3.5 to 5.0 ?
- Do you recommend it?
