config help: DMP, PowerPath and EMC Clariion

Howdy.

I've got a box w/ VxVM 3.5 and EMC Clariion storage used w/ PowerPath. We're using powerpath in the environment and need to ensure DMP is disabled.

Is there anyone else here who's worked with a similar config? If so, how did you disable vxdmp on the Clariion?

If I have 4 paths to a lun, should I add 3 of them to vxvm.exclude and put the remaining on in vxdmp.exclude?

The VERITAS support site is lacking the info I need.

Moreover, I believe from Veritas volume manager 3.5 on Solaris you cannot disable DMP. Is it same in HP world?
