Configure VIP's

I have been given ipaddress and dns names for configuring Virtual IP's. Can someone let me know what would be the steps to configure VIP's on HP-UX 11.11

Use the ifconfig lan?:x command.
man ifconfig

do you want these to become used at every reboot?
If so, add entries to th e/etc/rc.config.d/netconf file to make this happen.

lo0? do you mean the loopback IP?
