Solution
If you have CIFS installed you'll be using the "cifsmount" command to gain access to a WinNT Share.
There should be a manual on the system:
/opt/cifsclient/HP_Docs/CIFS9k_Client_Manual.pdf
Here's an example...
/opt/bin/cifsmount //NT_SERVER/SHARE_NAME /mountpoint -U username -P passwd
Run cifsmount without any options to see the usage and other options.
Hope this helps,
-denver

Re: connecting drive shared
Hi,
You may have only installed the CIFS/9000 server software, for connecting to a NT share you'll need the CIFS client. Check what you have got installed by using swlist -l fileset | grep CIFS
Then if you need the client, it's available from http://software.hp.com
regards,
Darren.
