connection pool error

Hi all,

We have an environment on HP-UX Itanium servers. HP-UX 11.23 and Oracle 10g rac.
A weblogic application is connecting to this database. But when we try to open a connection pool with 50 connections, we are getting an adapter error and cant open any connections.
We increased the streams_sqmax parameter, then the problem was solved but after a while the problem reoccured although the parameter remains the same.

Do you have any idea about this problem?
