cookbook for setting up autofs on 11.11 ?

Can someone direct me to instructions on how to set up autofs from ServerA to Server B?

I have two servers which are NOT set up for NFS right now, and I have to get from here to there, preferably without rebooting:

Server A:
Turn on NFS server
Export FS to Server B.

Server B:
Turn on NFS client
Turn on autofs.
Set up maps.
Test mount.
