copy schema from one database to another

Is there a simple way to copy one schema over to another database.
We want to do reporting on it, so bring over the entire schema MINUS A COUPLE TABLES on a daily basis at a certain time every day.
Import/export...
But, can I do it everyday on only data that has changed? And minus some tables...

incremental export is the solution.

Why don't you use Oracle Materialized Views to move the data from the tables?
