could not add group id
Hi ,
I was trying to add new group.after adding it i ran ypmake group.I'm getting the following
message.
creating group ... done
syntax check of group ... done
building group DBM files ...
but it did not update the time stamp ,etc.
So it is not updated in NIS ,more over I can notice the files created with this group just has gid not the group name. Please help me to find out whats happening.
Thanks
