Hello,
following some link and introduction to PRM a while ago, I used PRM for CPU share and Memory control.
Now, I want yo bound an application to a particular CPU.
I had the followinf line to /etc/prmconf
WEBTEST:PSET:::1:1
but when I run
prmconfig -i
I get the following message
Configuration File (/etc/prmconf) Error:
This system does not support Pset PRM Groups. Either remove the Pset PRM Group(s) or change them to FSS PRM Group(s). (PRM-2077)
PRM is not configured.
I have the same error on 2 or 4 CPU hosts.
OS is
HP-UX xxx B.11.11 U 9000/800 4177781530 unlimited-user license
We're supposed to have an enterprise operatinf environment

Solution
You need to install PSETs - I don't think it is installed by default on 11.11:
