Can't set cron job.
cron daemon isn't running with the ps command.
So, cron to start the cron daemon, and error
messge as below:
can't change directory to the crontab directory
Does anyone tell me what happend? Thanks

Re: Cron error
Yes the
/var/adm/cron should exist with proper permissions
The important thing is that make sure that the configuration file of cron
/etc/rc.config.d/cron
has
CRON=1
for startup
Then do a
/sbin/init.d/cron start
If you do not want cron to start make
CRON=0 in the configuration file
Revert
/var/adm/cron should exist with proper permissions
