cstm can't start
When I use cstm, it have some messages below.
And the OS version is 11.00.
Who can kindly help me to solve this problem?

Exiting the STM UI due to receipt of al fatal signal from the OS.
The UI received the signal number 11 (SIGSEGV).
Segementation violation.
An attemt was made to access data outside a valid address space.
The UI Activity Log and/or the System Activitiy Log my contain more detailed information. If possible, refer to those log files for additional help.

As specified in the message, did you check the log files ? UI Activity Log and/or the System Activitiy Log

/var/stm/logs/sys/activitiy_log
But I don't understand what these mean.
Do I check the right files?

can you try to install the latest patch available for STM:
Patch Name: PHSS_34286
Patch Description: s700_800 11.00 Support Tool Manager Mar 2004 Patch
