Please advise what the entry should be in /etc/tztab currently for HPUX 11i server in Brazil. I have my current config below, however, the server time is currently one hour ahead of what it should be.

Solution
Refer to this link. Brazil sets their time change by decree each year.
http://www.statoids.com/tbr.html
The following entries should work for you; append them to the existing lines in the tztab entry:
0 0 1-2 11 2004 2 BEDT2
0 0 20-21 2 2005 0 BEST3
Note that you must specify either the day of the month OR the weekday field as a range. I've chosen to specify the day of the month as a range.

If it ain't broke, I can fix that.
