DB2 related problem on HP server

Hi All,

Could u please explain the significance of the file db2mkrts.args which comes with DB2 installation ?
We are trying to prepare a runtime utility rtsdb2 for running our COBOL gnts. The script for preparing the utility makes use of the file db2mkrts.args. Our DB2 version is 9.7. We did the same on a AIX server and the process was successful. But we are unable to prepare the utililty on a HP-UX itanium 11.31 server. We get the following error
