/dev/urandom for 10.20 and 11.0

Hello,
If you need an random generator for HP-UX 10.20 or 11.0 try "ocrandom"

http://ocotillo.sourceforge.net/

It is really fast (more than the 11i generator) but i didn't check if it gives good randomness.
