Re: disk problem

Hi,

Seems you have a bad disk. /dev/dsk/c3t6d0

/dev/vg06/lvol2
LV Status available/stale

Try a dd on the disk and check for errors in the syslog/dmesg.

Have a look at this doc for more info.

Re: disk problem

Looking at the below things from above o/p
indiactes that "/dev/dsk/c3t6d0 has failed and needs replacemnt and remirror.

"Cur PV 2
Act PV 1"

LV Name /dev/vg06/lvol1
LV Status available/stale
LV Name /dev/vg06/lvol1
"LV Status available/stale"

lvol1 &2 are mirrored using /dev/dsk/c1t6d0,/dev/dsk/c3t6d0 and and lvol3 is not.(Hence lvol3 is not stale)

Check with ioscan -fnC disk, diskinfo, dmesg, for the status of "/dev/dsk/c3t6d0":,and get it replaced.
