../dist/../common/db_err.c:490: internal compiler error: in convert_move, at expr.c:362


Hi,

Iam building berkley DB on HPUX 11.31 PA , Iam using the latest gcc 4.1.0 while compiling Iam getting the above error.Please help If anybody is having idea of the above error.

Hi Shashikala,

I would suggest you to try with HP's C or aCC compiler.

Hi Arun,

Actually we are bulilding opensource products so we are using gcc for the compilation , we are getting same error on 1131PA for other products also.

Hi Shashikala,

Yes, I know you are working on Internet Express project at HP, Bangalore. I just wanted to find out whether you are able to reproduce this same problem with HP'C or aCC. If you are not able to reproduce, fill a bug with GCC.
