Go to Maintenance and Support -> Search Technical Knowledge Base -> [select search by Document ID (from dropdown) + KBCA00000014.
For you convenience, see attached.

Click on 'search technical knowledge base'
The search screen will then come up.
To the immediate left of the search entry box is a drop down menu that has 2 choices: "Search by Keyword" or "Search by Doc ID". Select "Search by Doc ID", put your document ID in the field and click Search. The document should then come up.

I was getting sick and tired of posting links to documents, because the "sid" expires and they delete the original query, so I read the html and created a cheat method. I've emailed the support center, and they said that they didn't have a way to do it. They were concerned that non-supported users might get access to the documents, which my method won't allow either, but at least it won't "expire".
For you others out there, change the string "DOCID" value at the end of the following link to a doc.id and then post, if you have a "sid" in the string, it won't always be there for other people later to view:
