Id like to know where can i download the software SysInfo for HP-UX v3

in this page the file when i download dont show me nothing, the name of the file is SysInfo but it doesnt have any extension

It appears to be the actual binary executable. Copy it to the system, set permissions so you can execute it, and run it.
