Please let me know where i can fine "J1642AA" for my HP V2500 system to add "A4929A" Gig 1000BASE-T adapter to my system running HP-UX 11.0.

These should be on one of your Application CDs. The first one of the set is the likely possibility.

I've no idea if the V2500 is supported on 11.11 or not, but if it is, I believe that driver went "base OS" in 11.11.
