Driver not recognized..

When entering SAM..Sam issues the error "Syntax error in system file...BTLAN1 driver not recognized, no support for this driver"..how do I get around this problem ??!

I think you have to load this product from one of your Application CD's
product number A3495A

Its a K360 running 10.20
