DTC 16RX :problem to download the configuration.

Hi Experts,

I am using "DTC16RX". DTC LAN connected using "Transceiver, Model:28685B, Prod No.3546A". I have installed J2496B (HPUX 11.0) DTC 16RX Manager s/w.

While downloading configuration from DTC console is throwing error, at rear panel LCD is displaying "2." and some time "1.".

It will hangs by displaying message on console "downloading configuration" .
Pre-requisite for installing DTC Manager s/w also done. i.e. enable "tftp" service and created home directory for tuser "ftp".

Any pointer to overcome this problem.
