Re: DTC Manger - Migrate
Usually I haven't much success trying to export/import. After each OS upgrade I would rebuild my DTC configurations.
While on the older OS I would run "dtclist" on all my dtc's to get a list of all the port configurations. Then I run a perl script to parse out the details and generate instructions suitable for "dtcmodifyconf". Since "dtcmodifyconf" can't do everything, I have to manually setup the default global values and one printer port. Then I can use a script to drive instructions to "copy" and "paste" to replicate some of the port configuration.

Solution
export/import always worked fine for me.
don't forget you need to run 'dtcdisown' for the DTC on the old box, then run 'dtcown' on the new box, to make it all work.
do a man dtcexport and you should find all that you need for all the dtc commands.
