dtlogin using memory

My dtogin process on my C240 running 10.20 (ACE Dec1999) progressively uses memory and after about a month it is using 86MB. I can clear it up by bouncing dtlogin (/sbin/init.d/dtlogin.rc). I have about two X users accessing the C240 via a PC Xserver, but rarely are both using it at the same time. When all users have closed their X servers the dtlogin stops consuming memory, but it does not release what it already have.

Re: dtlogin using memory

Hi,

PHSS_13403 fixes memory leak in dtlogin. It has been superceded by PHSS_23516. Try installing this subsystem patch and see if it fixes your memory leak problem.

Hope this helps. Regards.
