Dup packets between HPUX iv2 box and Cisco4006

Hi,
We have a strange problem that occurs intermittent.
We have a Rx8620 with 2GBit HBA + 1000 Eth (combo card) connected to a Cisco4006 switch.
When we ping between servers in the sam v-lan there is no problem.
When we ping from servers outside the v-lan we got duplicate packets - some Rx8620 replies 2 or 3 extra dup:s for each packet.
We dont have the problem if we connect the server to a cisco4500 switch...

Compatibility problem with the cisco4006 ?
Anyone having any experience or ideas about the problem.
