EMC Clarrion problem after reboot..then can be cleared
Since putting on a bunch of hpux 11i patches (including the 12/2007 quality bundle), every time I reboot, I get a msg from emc:
emcp:Mpx:Error: All paths to ..... are dead."
and I can't see my EMC lun.
The SAN is fine.
HW is fine.
I can get the the LUN's working by:
powermt check
ioscan -fC disk
insf -e
/sbin/init.d/agent stop
/sbin/init.d/agent start
powermt config
powermt display dev=all
vgchange -a y /dev/vg02
mount -a
Any ideas on what may be wrong?
thanks.

Re: EMC Clarrion problem after reboot..then can be cleared
Issue resolved..had to clean out the links and re-set them (as outlined above), then do a "powermt save".
From now on, links are fine after reboot.
