EMC Timefinder issue(Hpux server)

I am having an issue related to timefinder(symclone).HP UX version is 11.23.I have checked with symclone -g query command .This shows one device is in copy in progress and other devices copied.It is not proceeding further.can someone please let me know what can be resolution for that.
