EMS - Event Monitoring Service
Can EMS be configured to monitor things like: -
1. Disk space
2. CPU & run queue size
ETC.
If so, how is it done?
Is there any configuration doco around?

Re: EMS - Event Monitoring Service
Ems can be configured for various monitors, dependant upon which monitors you
have. There are Hardware Monitors, which come with the Diagnostic Sub-System,
and there are HA Monitors, which come with MC/ServiceGuard, but they both use
the same framework, or EMS-Core.
May I suggest you visit the link below for further documentation.

Re: EMS - Event Monitoring Service
Thanks Melvyn.
I have been through the available documentation on the WEB and also have palyed
around on my HP-UX 10.20 workstation but to no avail.
The doco alludes to being able to manage disk space, etc., using the EMS
facility but I am unable to find info to guide me through this process.
Is there any other info out there?
