EMS HA-ATM problem

I'm tring to start EMS HA-ATM in HP-UX 11.0.
I have two ATM cards & have config ELAN on them use SAM. The IP address on the ELAN is work.

When I select "sam->Resource Management->Envent Monintoring Service->action->add monitoring request", I cannot find resource under /net. Also I cannot find anything in the directory "/net".

What should I do right now? Does this mean I need to install some other software?

try these two things:

/etc/opt/resmon/lbin/moncheck

Oops - forgot to add - you should also check the version of EMS you're running - I'm not sure if ATM cards are supported, but I can't imagine that they're not.

So - check the OS version, EMS version, and check the monitors you're currently running.

Please ensure you have the lates Emanate SNMP Agent patch as this is a symptom of the Emanate Agent being unpatched.
PHSS_23670 is the one, I think.

I've solved the problem by reinstall the On-line Diag.
