could you be so kind and advise the next steps.
I've only LAN access to the system, I can not check on the console the service processor status. I'm getting every four days the following mail into my root account:

HP UX 11.00 Software Status:
HWE1100 B.11.00.0206.5 Hardware Enablement Patches for HP-UX 11.00, June 2002
QPK1100 B.11.00.56.5 Quality Pack for HP-UX 11.00, March 2002
Would the latest QPK and HWE as well updated the Firmware revision of the Service Processor ?
Any other Advise are welcome.

# stty +queryGSP < /dev/GSPdiag1
reset if needed
stty +resetGSP < /dev/GSPdiag1
Get the firmware version:
GSP> help (written in the first line - post it)
The GSP firmware is not a part of the patch bundle.

SolutionHPUX 11.00 - Installing the latest patch to the OnlineDiags has been seen to fix the above problem.
Your STM Version is
STM Version.....................: A.31.00
*** A.34.00 on HPUX 11.00 is not affected by this problem.
