HI all,

Can anyone help me were can i download EMS Version A.04.20.23.02?
I have an error installing OnlineDiag Dec2008.

Shalom,

You might want to look at the error and see the cause. There might be other software required or bad media.

If you search for Online Diag in http://software.hp.com you can find the latest version of these utilities, and I recommend that over the old.

The exact version you seek is only available form the December 2008 OS install media.
