Erro including a new client

I have a ignite server with the follows releases:
Ignite-UX-11-11 C.6.1.44
HP-UX B.11.11

When I was trying to add a new client the follow message appears:

ERROR: * tftp error log follows:
tftp> tftp> tftp> tftp> tftp> Error code 1: File not found
tftp>
ERROR: Could not read /opt/ignite/boot/Rel_B.11.00/INSTALLFS from
install
tftp server.
ERROR: Failed to copy config.sys from "igserver"

The client has HP-ux 11.00 installed.
I have only the Rel_B.11.11 in /opt/ignite/boot , how I can put others ?
