Error in scheduler for printer

I have this message

$ lpstat -t |grep disa
printer HPR037 disabled since Jul 13 17:31 -
disabled by scheduler: can't open /dev/telnet/hpr037
printer HPR040 disabled since Jul 13 13:38 -
disabled by scheduler: can't open /dev/telnet/hpr040

Please your help

It meant that lp couldn't open that port. Assuming that you have fixed the comminication problem then "enable HPR037" and you should be ready to print.
If it ain't broke, I can fix that.

the ocd daemon is active and the device /dev/telnet is working
