error message of ICOD

Dear all,
Have you experienced following error of icod, I did not found any clues from SAW.
#icod_stat
ERROR: core ID 8 was not found in Npar 2
the version of ICOD is B.11.23.08.01.11
(I use icapstatus will get the same error, but parstatus is OK)
Could you give some suggestion?

Can U send the below command output:-

# parstatus
# parstatus -P
# parstatus -V -p 0
# parstatus -V -c 0/0

U did not clear how many partation in Ur system.
