Error trying to installl ncurses 5.5 depot -- HELP!!

I am trying to install the latest ncurses depot to hpux 11i. I am getting the following error part way through the install.

* Installing fileset "ncurses.ncurses-RUN,r=5.5" (3 of 4).
ERROR: Could not access remote file "/usr/local/share/terminfo/1/1178" in software item "ncurses.ncurses-RUN,r=5.5,a=HP-UX_B./800,v=:/usr/local" due to an internal error on the remote system.
