Error within cstm

Hello all. We're running version A.49.10 of cstm on a HP-UX 11i server. I'm experiencing the following problem within cstm:

# cstm
Running Command File (/usr/sbin/stm/ui/config/.stmrc).

-- Error --
The process for retrieving device maps from the current test system failed for
an unknown reason.
The process will be restarted the next time a system is made the current test
system.

I tried stopping and restarting /sbin/init.d/diagnostic to see if that would clear the error but had no success.

Is anyone aware of a patch or other fix for this issue?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Re: Error within cstm

Hi,

you can try the patch "PHSS_34166" for this version of STM.

http://www2.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/patchDetail.do?BC=patch.breadcrumb.main|patch.breadcrumb.search|&patchid=PHSS_34166&context=hpux:800:11:11

Hope this helps.
