# /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log --> File check

# ioscan -fnC disk --> check for all your disk calimed

also please check your "fc" status,

Hi,

Try to restart the ems monitor daemon. I read that there is a known issue of this kind of issue with old STM version and you may need to upgrade to sort out this.

Check for your version of EMS/STM using the swlist command, if you do not have the latest version, then make sure you install it on the system:

In this type of software having the latest version is the key to avoid issues.
