How will I know If the server blade/any Server has come with a factory-installed OS or Not..(Is there a way to know from the Quotation given to HP)

And what does Factory Integrated(418367-B21/AD323A-0D1....etc) mean

Factory Integrated usually means that they install the parts into the server for you before they ship.

I haven't had a server yet that didn't have an OS preinstalled.

I never trust it though. I always reinstall myself.

factory integrated for hardware means built into the server in the factory already.

factory integrated for the OS means the OS is already installed in the factory.

Without "factory integrated" you'll get the part or the DVD only.
