contains :-
blocksperrecord 32
records 32
checkpointfreq 32
readerprocesses 2
maxretries 10
retrylimit 5000000
maxvoluses 100
Increase maxretries and monitor it.

Re: fbackup error
Another thing to check up is your backup drive. fbackup will give you FSM error, when
a) there is a read/write error in the drive
b) the drive is not cleaned
c) the device file compatibility
