fbackup problem.........

currently, i have a graph file for fbackup. contents as below :-

i /
i /tmp
i /usr

but the fbackup backup all file system instead of three file systems. I think it is because of the / file system. How could i tell system that i only want to backup '/' root file system not all. Thanks.

Re: fbackup problem.........

Hi,

You need to exclude the ones you do not want to get copied over ..

in the same graph file in lieu of "i" specify "e" and then the name of directories or file systems' mount pints .. The syntax is very same as the way you specify the "include" details ..

Thats it
cheers !!!

Re: fbackup problem.........

Hi

Because you have included:-

/

Then all sub dirs from there will be included.

as already said exclude the dirs you do not want.
