fprofile-arcs and ftest-coverage commands are not working in HP-UX

fprofile-arcs and ftest-coverage commands are not working in HP-UX though the same is working fine in Linux server. Any downloads or add-ons will be required ?

What is the exact command you are using? 

These are options in gcc as far as I know.
