FTAM responder and monitoring file transfers
I am working on HP-UX 11.0 with FTAM (PHNE-19502). I have been asked to port some old code from a Fujitsu machine to HP-UX. The code used to use bsft which accepted wild cards in the filenames and this facility would be desirable in the ported application. Are there any stubs/APIs available for writing an FTAM responder?
I also need to write a program that will be able to monitor the status of file collections. This program has to run on the same server as the FTAM responder and the files are being collected from the server the FTAM responder is running on. Is there any way of doing this?
