FTP Permissions on 10.20

Hi,

I'm trying to use the method I found in the forums for changing the ftp permissions for specific users - /etc/ftpd/ftpaccess etc...

However it doesn't seem to be working. I've got the inetd.conf methid to work but we really need it to be restricted to certain users. Does anyone know if the above method works on HPUX 10.20 or is it restricted to HPUX 11i??

I believe that ftpaccess can handle default permissions on 10.20. The only thing I know you can't do is set up ftp to have default execute permissions.

Is wu-ftpd updated to the latest version on your 10.20 machine?

Steve,

How can I tell if ftpd is up to date?
