I can not answer you question, sinse i am at home, but you when you view the software (swinstall window) and you mark the software, you should be able to view the description ( in the options tab).

I can not find any documentation on the web, i found a link that might give some insight but the page is down. You might give it a try later, or may be it works on the american site....

SolutionFwuu is for updating the firmware on superdomes/cell based systems. If you can access the GSP of the superdome from your system, then you can use fwuu to upgrade the firmware on the superdome.
If you don't have superdomes, then you can ignore it. It's just a tool that gets installed under /opt directory.
