Hi there,
I've had some problems installing the gcc on a HP UXX 11.0 machine. there were so much dependencies that you lost the overview.
does anybody have a good cookbock how to install it, or does anybody has a good source to get the packet without dependencies.
thanx in advance

Try
http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Gnu/
First binutils then gcc
Also look at
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-bugs/1999-11/msg00076.html

Re: GCC install Problems!
Theres the HP porting centres version of gcc alll bundled in HP depot format;
http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Gnu/gcc-3.0.1/
Only needs one dependency, bunutils, and theres a link to that on the same page.
Or from;
http://h21007.www2.hp.com/dspp/tech/tech_TechSoftwareDetailPage_IDX/1,,547!0!,00.html
HP's devresource page, there is a bundle with all dependencies included.
Im from Palmerston North, New Zealand, but somehow ended up in London...
