Any one know where I can obtain GDB for OS HPUS 11.11? All replies are appreciated.

Click Downloads (2) in the upper right corner, then hp-ux 11.11 (3) then choose the version you want gcc 4.1.1 + binutils 2.16.1+ + gdb-6.4 (4) or gcc 3.4.5 + binutils 2.16.1 + gdb-6.3 (5)

Thanks for the replies. I believe I asked this question in the past on the forum and someone suggested a patch will install GDB and the dependencies. Is that correct?

My version is standalone, the ather posted alternative lists the dependencies on that URL. Most likely those include iconv and gettext

Mind you that probably your best bet would be to install the wildebeast debugger from the HP application CD's.
It's a HP port based on gdb, but has been tweaked for HP. It's version might not be the newest, but the reliability might be best.

I tend to install all versions I can get and see which one does best on a per-case basis.
