Somehow how I managed to *not* see it for quite some time, but finally found it today. but I am not sure wether I can find time and a fitting flight - how long does it take from heathrow or stanstead or gatwick to that meeting place?
Or from picadilly circus? I do remember the breakfeast at the "Regent Palace" ;-)

It is about an hour from Heathrow and Gatwick to Tower Bridge - it depends upon traffic of course.

Only just noticed this thread (Been out of action for a while getting a male tummy tuck !).

Theres a good possibility that I might be able to come next week - Depends if I can get out of watching my father in-laws Birthday Baloon flight (which means that the wife will not be able to come). Will try and let you know by email tommorow (If our DNS server ever comes up following an admins nightmare 30 mins ago - 2 disks failing in a RAID5 group - ho hum).

Is Stefan still up for it ? Be nice to cross paths again.

Sorry - I tried really hard to make it but I was getting "the look" from 'er indoors about not being around for my father-in-laws long planned birthday baloon flight which left me stuck in Paddock Wood until around 20:00 and I was half expecting a delivery on RP and VA kit that did'nt actually arrive until yesterday in the end.

Paula's mail to me on Friday AM did'nt indicate that she was unlikely to attend but I can imagine she must have been a bit put out by the lack of potential attendees.

Perhaps we can meet for a Beer next time I'm up in the Big Smog.

My wife and I are taking my vacation on the continent this year. I also saw nobody. I thought I was the only one who showed.

I WAS there !!

I got to the Tower at circa 19:20 and sat in the bar, sat outside, sat in reception - took some photos of Tower bridge and waited until 20:45 - I think the problem was we should have exchanged mobile numbers.

I am very sorry that we missed each other - I do not know how, but we did.
