Glance + Ver 3.05
I need to setup mainly for 3 systems we are using..and want to use the GUI (gpm) to display performance for all three systems in one window.
Is this possible?? If yes
How do I configure Glance plus to monitor all the system from one window?

Re: Glance Monitoring multiple systems
Glance can monitor only a single system. You need to go with Perfiew for monitoring multiple systems.
Even glance will not be able to store historical data for data analysis. Perfiew is a better product.

Re: Glance Monitoring multiple systems
Yeah, I guess it's 10 windows. If you're in a CDE environment you could set up 10 work spaces, one for each system, then click on the button for the system you need to monitor currently.
- or look into perfview, though I think that's more for long term monitoring.
Good luck,
Pete

Re: Glance Monitoring multiple systems
HP Openview Operations to send Glance
alarms when a specific threshold is execeed.
Also HP Toptools 5.5 (Free of Charge PC package) is capable to get Glance (Measure ware) alarms
and to notify yoy in a proper way so you don't
need anymore open several Glance Sessions.

Re: Glance Monitoring multiple systems
If you use Perfview you can get mutliple systems in one window. However, this is MeasureWare data, not glance. Also the window does not automatically update like glance does.
Also, if you are going to run glance continuously, you may want to increase the polling interval to reduce the overhead of running glance.
