Go Global session closed each 5 miinutes

Dear All,

I want to share a problem with you as i'm not so expert in troubleshooting the GoGlobal UX problems.
I have a server HP rp2660 with OS HP UX 11.
the GUI login is through Go Global UX version 2.2.6
i have a permanent license.
later on i had the problem which all the users forced to lose the session after 5-10 minutes of loging.
I was checking but i couldn't do so much in troubleshooting so that i only:
/sbin/graphon/goglobalux stop
/sbin/graphon/goglobalux start
but i still have the same problem..

Is there any file to check to trace what is occuring during the session close ???

Check your masterlog.conf, leaderlog.conf and sessionlog.conf to find out, where is your logs located. And check that log files for hints.

Which specific HP-UX version?

the HP-UX version is B.11.23 U ia64

Also i check the master and lead traces but iit returned only a session exit and close .. but nothing understood about the cause of the failure.

So you really have a rx2660?

you are right , the type is rx6600
but .. do you think that this information is going to be helpfull to solve the problem ??
